African Evangelical Soul Outreach Ministry
African Evangelical Soul Outreach Ministry (Triumphant Ministries) is a legacy church founded by Rev. Jessica Tebbs and now carried forward by her children.
War in Liberia forced our family to flee, a season God used to reposition our parents for a greater Kingdom assignment. Their journey led to Rwanda, where they helped build Shining Light Church, and later to the United States, where they taught and ministered at Bethel Church in Minnesota. While serving internationally, God birthed Triumphant Ministries in the hearts of our parents during their time in Tanzania. What began in obedience has grown into an international ministry with active branches in Tanzania. Triumphant Ministries was later unified with ASOM, the foundational ministry established through our family’s spiritual legacy. Today, both function together under one leadership, one spiritual covering, and one Kingdom mission, serving as local and international expressions of the same vision. Through Triumphant Ministries, Evercreated Empowerment Center (EEC) was established by Pastor Evelyn Peggy Tebbs and Pastor Randolph Emerick Tebbs as a humanitarian and empowerment NGO. EEC restores dignity by combining the Word of God with practical skills that lead to self-sufficiency and transformation. Evercreated Empowerment Center operates as an extension of Triumphant Ministries, serving communities through compassion, discipleship, and empowerment. A Liberia branch is currently in development.
We train, teach, educate, and empower believers to become competent ambassadors of Christ who advance God’s Kingdom and exercise godly dominion in every sphere of life.
